The Arkansas Orchard
One integrated portfolio, two faces of the same body: a commercial tree that funds itself, and a civic fruit layer that gives the yield back to the people the tree grows among. Every branch is tested against the same rule before it's allowed to grow.
The design test, applied to every piece of the portfolio: traversing its own loop and returning must carry the whole's signature. That's not a slogan — it's the six invariants laid out in the ConservatoRY stage below, and nothing in this portfolio is exempt from them.
Roots, trunk, six branches
Nuclear/renewable-powered core, routed by an Eidolon-OS AI brain to whichever load pays the most that hour. This is the cash engine everything else is grown from.
foundRY is the root system — the holding company that recycles dividends back into the orchard through the Inverse Bitcoin DRIP, rather than letting them leave the ground.
Governed by two disciplines, not one: the Gentle Authority Doctrine — Segment → Authenticate → Consent → Tune → Promote Slowly → Power-Down — and the Covenant Triangle, where Ann carries service, Al carries capital, and Ryan carries architecture. Underneath both sits a ~112-claim patent fortress, the ARK Lane / ARKreactor / DWPT corridor, and SBIR Phase 1 standing.
What the tree is actually for
The commercial layer exists to fund this layer, not the other way around. Three bills, one target: pre-filing November 2026, for Arkansas's 2027 Regular Legislative Session.
ARMAWS
Arkansas Rural Mobility Air Standard — guarantees every traveler free, mechanically pressurized air to fill their tires. Modeled on Connecticut's §14‑325a, 47 years durable: no purchase required, mandatory signage, ≥80 psi. State-surplus funded, closing the one legitimate objection (electricity and upkeep) that undid California's fuel-purchase-conditional version.
Driver's-Test Reform
Asset-barrier reform companion bill: state-provided testing fleets and fee deferment, so the cost of a working vehicle stops gatekeeping the right to legally drive to work.
Project RENEW
ADC reentry riding the commercial branches directly — real jobs inside recoveRY, refineRY, deliveRY, and the rest, for people coming out of the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
That asymmetry — a few dollars of air against a lost job, a missed shift, a $200 tow, a highway blowout — is the whole economic and moral case. It's one real person, not an abstraction, and it's who ARMAWS is written for.
The test every branch has to pass
Refinement, preservation, and perpetuation of the whole — the stage where growth is checked against the rule it was designed under, not just admired.
Gentle Authority
Segment → Authenticate → Consent → Tune → Promote Slowly → Power-Down.
Beneficial to everyone
Not just shareholders — the traveler with the slow leak, the reentry hire, the district that gets the plant.
Closed value loop
Dividends recycle through foundRY's Inverse Bitcoin DRIP instead of leaving the ground.
Arkansas-first
The state the tree is rooted in is the state that eats the fruit first.
Redundancy by design
Six branches, not one point of failure.
Waste → wealth
recoveRY and refineRY turn liability sites into the feedstock for factoRY and memoRY.
